We know the non-
profit world has 
changed. The numbers for giving and participation have dwindled. I feel 
our format allows 
members to do what they want, and not what 
others think is proper. 
The social aspect of 
Rotary was important 25 years ago. here were 
fewer 
things occupying 
your free time. Now, 
it's a fire hose of 
participation.
