DESCRIPTION:2026 Meals of Hope Day of Service\, a community-wide meal-packi
 ng event dedicated to fighting hunger in the Surprise area. Date: Saturday

 unteers will work together to pour ingredients\, seal and label meal bags\
 , and box completed meals for distribution through the Valley View Communi
 ty Food Bank. No experience is necessary—just a willingness to help. The
  meals are specially formulated with essential vitamins\, minerals\, and p
 rotein to help supplement an unbalanced diet. This year's goal is to pack 
 25\,000 nutritious meals\, all of which will remain in the Surprise commun
 ity to benefit individuals and families facing food insecurity. The event 
 is sponsored by the Rotary Club of Surprise & Sun City West\, which is als
 o raising $8\,750 to cover the cost of meal ingredients. The event is open
  to volunteers ages 14 and older\, including individuals\, families\, and 
 community groups. Space is limited to 150 volunteers\, so early registrati
 on is encouraged. Registration is required. If you would like to join fell
